SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING:

All items in our shop are made by hand and most are made-to-order. Please allow 4-5 days up to a week to process your order. You will receive an email with tracking information to let you know your order is on the way once we have fulfilled your order.

Please, keep in mind that CLOTH PAPER & SCISSORS is not responsible for

• Delays with the US Postal Service, UPS or DHL. 
• Lost, damaged, or marked delivered items. 
• Problems with a tracking number.
• Items delivered to a wrong address as it is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the address linked to your account is correct. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Cloth Paper & Scissors is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
